in not in az but i was just curious. what is the 25 mile radius rule?
The proposed rules has it that if there's a dispensary within 25 miles, you MUST buy from a dispensary (not necessarily the closest one, but still), and you can NOT grow your own. So, it screws over anyone who's sick because then they need to buy weed at $300/oz or whatever, rather than growing your own. Worse, there's no way to be certain of which pesticides and chemicals that may have been used on it.

Thank the Arizona Medical Marijuana Policy Project for inserting that little bit into Prop 203. They want their little monopoly system, rather than to actually help people.

yeah, I was gonna start a new store in AZ, but it may not be as beneficial with this rule.
Well, that, and your principals need to be state residents for at least 3 years.

Now, having current residents start a store for you- that seems to be de rigueur, as gauged by the current climate here.

I would be all in for anyone with the capital that needs a viable growers or store operator.

Only 126 dispensaries allowed and there are thousands that are vying for the 126. One guy is even offering complete turn key dispensaries for $60,000 and for $10,000 he'll do the app process and business plan. I hear he already has over 200 people pay the 10g's and idk how many paid the 60g's. Phoenix has already started taking business plans back in jan and i remember the line going around the block and people sitting out waiting 24 hours to be the firsts to turn theres in
