Tomorrow, I'm making sugo di cipolli. A tomato based sauce with concentrated flavor from chicken gizzards. The gizzards give a flavor related to game. The sauce is meant for pasta. Hunters could substitute venison trimmings from dressing out a deer. Perhaps goat or mutton, IDK.
sugo di cipolli
1 med red onion
1/2 celery rib
10 sprigs parsely
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound of chicken gizzards, cleaned but left whole
1 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 cups hot chicken broth, preferably home made
Chop finely the onion, parsely, garlic. Heat oil in a ceramic or enameled cast iron pan and add chopped ingredients. Add some salt and pepper and cook over low heat until golden, about 30 minutes.
Add gizzards and saute over low heat for 35-40 minutes. Add wine and simmer until it evaporates then add tomato paste and stir well. When tomato paste is incorporated, begin adding the broth, about half a cup. Allow to simmer another hour adding 1/2 cup broth as needed.
Remove gizzards and chop finely either by hand or food processor. Return to sauce, add remaining broth. Taste and add more salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer until all the liquid is incorporated and the sauce is quite thick and smooth.

“Raine et al. (1997) used PET scans to discover whether there are brain abnormalities in murderers who plead NGRI. If significant differences could be found between the patterns of glucose metabolism in the brains of such individuals compared to non-murderers, the correlation may indicate that murderers (pleading NGRI) are more prone to violence than non-murderers. This reduced activity in the prefrontal areas may explain impulsive behaviour, a loss of self-control, evidence of immaturity, altered emotionality and the inability to modify behaviour. All of these may make it easier to carry out different kinds of aggressive acts because the normal constraints on behaviour may be reduced. “

Now for real, it is a real shame schools will not take the steps to protect themselves due to a overabundance of liberal PC bullshit. Do not try and say it is not we have better security at football games then our schools. 90% of teachers are liberal maybe more. The resistance to security comes from them.

How about if we start by passing the Assault Weapons Ban of 2018 act? The bill bans the sale of semi-automatic weapons with the following features:
- • Rifles that can accept a detachable magazine would be banned from having a pistol grip, a forward grip, a threaded barrel, a barrel shroud, a grenade or rocket launcher, or a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock.
- • Pistols would not be allowed to have a fixed magazine with more than 10 rounds. They would also be banned from having a threaded barrel, a second pistol grip, a barrel shroud, and the ability to load a magazine at some location other than the grip.
- • Shotguns would be banned from having a detachable magazine and a fixed magazine would not be allowed to have more than five rounds. The same features banned for pistols and rifles would also be banned on shotguns.
