A worker at my local hydroponics store said they should be getting them in a couple of months. That was a few weeks ago. I hadn't checked into more than that - but might want to give your favorite hydro supply place a call and ask what the 411 is on them.

well i ended up gettn the 150 watt hps. im pretty happy with it it covers the 3 plants pretty well. im gettn some temporary walls up with reflective material tomorrow.

oh... n the plants r closer to the light then in the pics.. i had it raised up way to high cuz i wusnt exactly sure how hot it wud b lol

If you buy one of those cheap little $6 circulating fans from Target or Walmart and hang it to blow across the bulb, you can park the light a few inches above canopy. This is how I hang mine:
