You must be stoned. You haven't even mentioned what the hell you intend to do with it.
If it's growing, forget it. It's completely translucent and exposed to light so you'll have algae in a matter of days. Your roots will be stuck permanently which in turn will make changing out water a nightmare, and any sign of rot or problems, you can't really do shit about.

Got more air hose? I'm thinking that 2 lines might not be enough flow for that big pump and the back pressure might become a problem.
But keep the pump, lots of air is good.

Just me - but I'd hook them all up.
I'm a strong believer in "lots of air", for example I have a 70l/min pump with an 8 output manifold feeding 2 plants (4 air lines each) the plants seem to like it.

i lowered it to 3 inches after taking the pic, but i've read some people keep the same light about a foot away

In my experience with cfls's you can have them almost touching,even seedlings with 90 watt cfl's.

Lol,I accept no responsibility! If you're worried just keep watchingthem closely. I've even had a 150watt hps like 13" from clones tops. I think that was unneeded but they lived and rooted in soil solo cups lol.
