Gotta seize the 80-degree AK days so yesterday I took an all-day stroll in the Chugach with me lady and the dog. Climbed south face of Flattop Mtn from Rabbit Cr and then continued on sheep trails along the knife ridge East, scrambling over Peaks Two and Three before sending the massive (but entirely rotten) Ptarmagain Peak. The windless summit was a perfect place for a one-hour siesta... and this bowl of homegrown hit the spot... :joint::joint::joint:RIU-72-Budsy on Ptarmagain1656.jpg :joint:

Hey brotha, Flattop was the place to be yesterday! All the way up the sun beat down SO hard; I think it hit at least 85F! Despite the temperature and having both of my kiddos, we hit summit just in time to catch a little evening cloud cover! I must've tried a dozen times in the wind to get this lil blunt burning. Some of my 1996 White Widow:eyesmoke: makes balancing stones a breeze!
It also made coming back down the mountain quite a bit easier. I would've loved to have met ya up there and matched!
Budsy is always looking so happy brotha! Did you all make it to the top? That 80F+ must be hell on a black lab!

Lets get together again before the snow flies!

So cool you were up there too! Missed you by about 10 hrs so we didn't get the heat that you did later but damn what a gorgeous day! We hit Rabbit lake for a skinny dip on the way out, refreshing as hell for Budsy too.

I'm definitely down to connect, I'm free ALL next week...

Anyone know anything about this funass sticker?! Spotted it last winter on the Westchester Lagoon disc golf course. It was stuck to a chainlink fence post, right at a lil nook where players duck out to burn one down mid-round, putter's right of hole 4 basket, top of the hill. I checked the web address and there's nuthin. But with a skater, windsurfer, skier, joint, vaporizer, ganja leaf and more, its a cool design and idea, way to represent, whoever you are...! bongsmilie

Been a while since I posted, but this thread is open for anyone to post pix of smoking herb in AK. :joint::joint::joint:

Here's a shot from a month ago, during a ski trip to Thompson Pass we got a CRAY CRAY northern lights display. I've seen them quite afew times but this one was next level, the pic doesn't do justice. Great weekend, and we skied among other mtns that peak that's most illuminated by that green curtain, called "Little Girls".72-Aurora G0300505.jpg
