plant deficiency...?

Just a few days ago I got my pants set up ( got them already about 1.5 mo old) When I got them, plants had some yellow leaves, just trimmed them and topped one yesterday.
I checked back with them today after receiving my ph meter... turns out my ph is very low at a 4.6 and my other plant is just below that.
The soil im using now is MG organic, with perlite and the nutes are orchid plus (20-14-13)
i need some quick advice for saving my girls!
i just watered them without the nutes, and im going to check the ph later on tonight.
thanks in advance!

You're not going to like hearing this....but your best option is to transplant them into a better soil like Fox Farm or something similar, ditch the Shultz or whatever and get some pro nutes. I'll put it to you like this, experienced growers have a hell of a time using Miracle Grow, so I would suggest using a much more forgiving soil that's not already packed to the tee with nutes and who knows what else.

I would get this:

can i buy that at a retail near me? like home depot, lowes or walmart? I kinda want to avoid ordering soil online.

Nope. Your best bet would then be to try to find a good neutral soil at a nursery near you, take it home, and bake it in the oven to kill off any pests and eggs that may be in the soil. This is already done for you with what I pictured. Or pay the outrageous shipping on the soil. But trust me, MG kills pot. It's the equivalent of putting diesel in your gasoline engine. It's just not made for it. If a plant in MG soil even lives, THAT'S the miracle! hahaha

Don't waste it, nutes are expensive! Save that shit, put it in a gallon jug or something. I just mix up all my nutes inside a gallon container so that when I don't use it all, I just put on the cap until next time. If you're using distilled water, which is best for cannabis, just grab a cup before mixing up your nutes, pour a little splash of water in the cup, and now you have room to just add your nutes straight to the jug. Once they're in there, just put the cap on and mix it all up. Then you can add some of the cup's water to make the jug full again if it's down a little.

Just always make sure to mix it up again really good before using it on the plants.
