I have no prob with them. I run like 75% perlite and just a little bit of promix bx. To jus hold a little water retention. Drill tons of holes all over the bottom and side about half way up. Feed once a day. Lift the inside cup up out of the other cup and drain to waste then set it back in the cup. Jus so water doesnt run inside my grow. I grow jus under 3ft tall in a 16oz solo. But I guess that wont be allowed in this grow off right?

Yeah hempy pretty much. I dont think it fits the rules though. Can only have 1 hole in the bottom.
