I really don't care WHERE we nuke. NK, Russia, Cuba, China, Iran, Loas, The Congo, any country really as long as it isn't the U.S.

Russia is in a economic crisis far worse than ours. Chinas income is like, 90% dependent on the U.S. Non of that really matters because nobody would have the guts to retaliate. Even if they did, perfect chance to demonstrate our SMDS.

The only thing that would be tested, and seen to be working, is the MAD theory: the reason why nukes havent, and probably wont be, used in the near future.

Well the stellar missile defense system has been tested on all non nuclear warheads that the U.S. has and supposedly worked fine....
