if you have a brew store nearby you can pick up rice hulls pretty cheap. i been using them for mulch and they work friggin great

It was like 4 bucks so I will just keep it , and use it on a flower bed or something outside

Might sound disgusting, but I'd piss on em' and let em' rot for a long time or something. It WILL rob your soil of nitrogen as it breaks down in it's current state because it's carbon/nitrogen ratio is so high, around 400:1 if I remember correctly.
It'd be ok to go into a compost pile as long as there are plenty of nitrogen inputs
