How close and what size is the HPS and how many hours of sun are they getting?
they are gonna stretch alot under an HPS cause of limited blue spectrum
and changing them from one light to another this early is gonna stress em

you should be using any type of metal halide or t5 flourescent for a period of veg. Plant from seed form nedd a veg cycle! the plant needs to hit its growth stride and produce a nice rootball before any mother starts to show her true character. After she is old enough to propogate from you can take clones and forget a veg cycle and go right to flower like a SOG. Right now putting them under a diff light would stress them. Continue as you are and remeber plants from seed need a good 30-45 days of veg.

t5 4 foot 4 bulb they only have two types of bulbs red n blue. get the blue
