newly sprouted seedling rootblast

Hi is it safe to use rootblast on a newly sprouted seedling using a seed raising mix also at what strength?It just sprouted from the soil a day ago it still has cotyledons.

Can't see why not. Wouldn't use any more than 1/3 of a tsp, concidering the roots are barely big enough at this point to utilize it.
