Newbie questions HELP???

Hiya!
I'm attempting to grow my first plant and have a few questions.. I planted my seed in a cup and used sunlight for about a week but my sprout started to get too long so yesterday I brought it indoors and I re-planted it in a bigger pot. I made my own set-up in a small cabinet space with foiled walls to reflect light. I also added two 60watt soft white clf bulbs and I'm keeping them on 18hrs/6hrs off.. Does the plant look ok to be about a week old? (I will be adding more dirt for the stem soon I just ran out).. Is my set-up ok? Do I need to keep the door open for so long to add air flow or add a fan? Do I have the right lighting and are my lights too close? Will I need to add more lights once the plant gets bigger or is what I have ok as long as I raise the lights as the plant grows? How often do I need to water it and how much? Also when do I start feeding?

That's a lot of questions.

Replace the soft white with day lite or 6500k. Later do a mix if you want to stay with CFLs.
CFLs can be as close as 2".

Yes air exchange is good a fan is good but not directly on the plants.

Only water when the pots are mostly dry , you can mist in between waterings if needed .
Don't feed for 2/4 weeks and only 1/4 strength and slowly increase.
I hope you want have a smell concern it is a little hard to control unless you have a filter and extraction fan.

Thanks so much for the reply! Also how long do I need to use the fan? Constantly or just half the time like the lights
