Anyone concerned about the new law coming from canadian politicians regarding marijuana plants.

It's not passed through yet but apparently will.

A madatory 6 months in jail for more than 5 plants.Doesn't matter if you're a first time offender.

This is crazy.

five plants is better than none at all like in alot of the states.

But if you get caught with 6 plants in some states, would you have to serve a minimum 6 months even if it's your first offence?

Some states cultivation is a felony, which carries a minimum of one year.

Ahhhhhhhh man that sucks and it wont even be my first offense but fucking fuck that sucks Never been to the states but cops here are dicks cuz they think their tough and always cocky makes me wana grab that gun out of his holster and blast him.

That's what I was thinking.

Some of my holes from last year are ready to use again .As many as 12 in areas.Hate to see em go to waste.

Hey, I live in Ontario, and if 5 plants are going to land my ass in jail for 6 months, is the Canadian gov. saying 4 plants are leagal?
No mention on what penalties there are for having under 5 .

Probably the same as what it is now.Probation and a fine.
Unless of course the prosecutor can prove intent to distribute.Then that's a different story.
