New beginnings part 2......

I got the Dyna-gro foliage pro and grow formulas I'm using the foliage pro on my sick plant which was trying to die big time. Now it has way fatter denser buds than the healthy one which got the grow. both ak48 fem. from nirvana. gonna chop em soon maybe monday. I'll put up a pic to show the difference when they're done. Their nutes last forever too. 2 free 11 oz bottles using 1/4 teaspoon per gallon. My plan to go rols with teas makes me feel bad for using and loving their product which I got for free.

Ok there still kicking here they all are. Moved the blue dream into the back right corner and put the small og kush #1 in its place dead center.

Gave them there second feeding, low feed full strength addy's. On Fri there getting bumped up 2ml a gal gmb and full strength addy's.

Ok checked them when lights came on. Pots were pretty light. Mixed up a fresh batch. Upped there feed to 2ml a gal gmb and full strength add's. Mixed in addy's first ppm came out to about 200ppm. Than added gmb total came out to about 750ppm. So my nutes are around 550ppm. They were looking a bit light in color should green them right up hopefully.

The blue dream is just killing it, wish they were all blu's next run for sure. Gave them all a hair cut also...

Picked up some sensizyme, bud candy, rhino skin, and b52. Is the sensizyme any good?

Ive heard just about every enzyme is good. I use hygrozyme. Some people use industrial pond enzymes that are made for 1000s of gallons of water. They dilute it appropriately but still its mostly about price and whats around you. Enzymes are enzymes kinda like nutes are nutes. The only difference in most is what form is the nutrient in and if its chelated or not. Except AN with the ph perfect. But even then its just that extra little thing that makes it do that. no difference in the chems used in jacks classic than ANs best line up. just different % and ratios. Thats why im switchin to dyna gro.

Been testin for a minute on little side plants and whenever harvest comes around they look as good if not better than my other plants. So im convinced and done blowin money on all this shit. Only additive would be some snow storm ultra, but thats a pgr/pgh so its a little more specific than the typical additive. Not just sugar water.

I hear you the only thing keeping me on advanced is the ph perfect. Might run dyna gros line with roots excel and dyna pro tek. Pgr/pgh? I've herd of the snowstorm is it any good. Read that they pulled it from shelves and was advised not to use it? What's your take on it?

Plant growth hormone/regulator is what that abbreviate is. And i wish the ph perfect would spread to other companies!!!!!

Ive heard that it got taken off the shelves but thats only in certain states where gmo and the likes need to be largely labeled or are illegal (like CA)

It works well let me tell you. Best additive ive ever got and only one i continue to buy. Night and day difference from one harvest to the next. Super dense, super coated (they always are either way) and it made the smoke stronger, not harsher, just stronger. No thc tests for before and after but i can assume it didnt raise them significantly.

The density is the main thing. When id normally harvest from a plant id get around 1-2 oz depending. With snow storm, the buds are about the same size, but ROCK HARD. So when they dry your 1-2 oz looking bud really weighs in at about 3 oz because its solid to the core. Everyone complains about the price but you dont need alot. I had an 8 oz bottle last me 6 harvests. so at least 50 plants give or take. Only used once a week MAX for best results. I usually start them off with a low dose in veg right before flower. Then wait a week or two for the stretch to be over. Then start hittin em with 5ml/gallon once a week til the end of flower.

My line up will soon be dyna grow: grow&bloom, hygrozyme, and snow storm ultra. Maybe a lil molasses in there towards the end of flowering but im keepin it as easy as can be.

Think I'm gonna run dyna gro grow/bloom. Dyna pro tek, roots excel, and snowstorm. Checked on eBay that dyna gro is some cheap stuff I'll be able to buy all that and the ltr of roots excel for less than what I pay for advanced.

For the snow storm ultra 32oz, dyna pro tekt 32oz, dyna grow and bloom 32oz it's 90 bucks lol

Hit dyna gro up there gonna send me 8 oz samples of grow bloom and pro tekt

Thinking of picking up the sentinel mef-1 and do drip to waste w/ hydroton next run cause hand watering is time consuming and kinda sucks at the moment.

Glad i could help you out! Dyna knows how cheap bulk chems are so theyre more than willing to give out test products. Those little bottles claim to make about 150 gallons a piece and i can see it. Some plants might need a little more some might need less. But is concentrated.

Be careful with the snowstorm!!! Its is strong ass shit. When feeding with it only give some cal/mag if using RO and nothing else!!! It can turn your whole plant yellow if you over do it or add it with nutes. Itll bounce back but it goes hard. Like i said one 8 oz bottle lasted me over 50 plants from start to finish. haha.

Edit: Which ebay seller do you use? because ive heard some shady shit about ebay sellers and nutes.

Wish I would have got this convo started sooner would have passed on the 110$ I just spent on sensizyme,bud candy, b52, and rhino :'( next run for sure.

As for eBay I only purchase from top rated sellers. Valley hydroponics is a big one for me ships my nutes in 2 days and no leaks. Order a lot of equip on there, almost everything I'm running now was had on eBay. Mferts has excellent deals on Solis tek digital matrix 1k's $220!! Same with bulbs.

I use them also it seems hydro stores mark everything up 20 - 30% lol. Used to use amazon but I would always get broke shit and was a hassle to get refund or replacement eBay is the shit.

What's the average stretch during flower? 1st 2 weeks?

Yeah usually first 2 weeks will be the majority of it. Depending on how indica/sativa your strain is. I usually flip around 2 feet. The hog stretched a little more so i would flip it earlier. But im hopin hopin the dog doesnt really stretch too much so i can maximize my leds.

Yeah I had my led's sold em, they do have there ups but like my hps better for overall coverage. I flipped mine because of the hso blue dream. It's almost 2 feet now. I was gonna flip all around 2 feet also, this is my test run as these are new strains. Def running all blue dream next time all from clone 3 to 4 week veg and bam cola city lol.

Not very impressed with the og kush from GDP maby just got a shity pheno.

Well hello ladies and gents it's day 5 of flower no pistols yet plenty of pre flowers tho. There progressively getting bigger seem to have some slight tip burn not bad. Gonna feed with straight r/o water next feeding. The phantom cookies is a temperamental bitch and keeps leaf curling on me. So far so good, hopefully I get some pistils soon.



Have ballast running Solis tek hps at 1040 watts w/ Solis boost. Very bright, have hood about 3 feet from canopy.

1.5 ec (760ppm)
2ml gal an 3 part gmb
2ml drip clean
12ml calimagic
full strength voodoo juice, rhino and bud candy.

I run 4 gal batches fresh each feeding

Love the blue dream very nice structure

Thinking in 2 weeks gonna pick up another Solis tek 1k matrix, 600w solistek 3k hps, and a 600w solistek 6k mh and run dual spectrum. Really want to take advantage of the raptor dual bulb. What do you all think?

Always loved the thought of dual spectrum growing. I was about to upgrade from one 600w hps in flower to dual spectrum with 1 600w hps and 1 600w mh in my flower but instead decided to go with LEDs. Got about 900+w of LEDs soon to be used for my flower. Gonna veg with em too. Thats my what my dog journals gonna be showing. Started germin the seeds tonight so its only a matter of time.
