Mass is a legal state (for now). You can possess whatever you grow at home, but can't have more than ounce on you in public, and you can't smoke in public places. We can have up to 12 plants per household (more than one person living there, otherwise 6).
However, that doesn't mean you can't get f'd over. Cops can still get a warrant to search. Technical violations can still result in felony charges. Jobs can still be lost. It can mess your record up permanently.
A little paranoia is a good thing in a public forum. If someone gets peeved at you and decides to dox you, that can really suck.
Don't worry about the feds, they can find you with or without riu's help (without https, they have everything they need at riu's isp), and it won't really matter if you use a vpn, they have ways to track it anyway. Worry about the hothead who ghosts you and gives you crap every time you post.
I'll meet in small groups if there is a trust relationship, but I'm not stepping out into the social media bubble by any means.
