Courgette soup

Deja vu or posted this before… 2x zucchini, 20oz water+chicken broth, olive oil, red unions, fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger (should be fresh), 1 tsp turmeric, pepper, and half a pound of bacon and some lemon juice.

zucchinis shortly sautéed with the unions and garlic.

Topped with a bit of grated cheese. Parmesan this time. More of a winter meal for me but highly recommend. First time I got this was at some fancy restaurant where they put it in a glass, sort of mini vase, two gulps and it was gone.

What a great idea. I have too much zucchini to eat now. Just put bacon on my grocery list.

If the recipe is slightly hotter than a marshmallow it is not fit for consumption. :-|

Have you experienced a shortage of sriracha in your local?

THE SRIRACHA SHORTAGE IS FIRING UP FANS TO FIND SPICY SUBSTITUTES
A crop failure in Mexico has created the latest supply crisis for chefs and hot sauce-seeking customers.

The familiar red plastic squeeze bottle with the rooster on the label may be disappearing from tabletops for a while.

Sriracha is the latest casualty in the supply chain shortages that have been plaguing operators for the last year.

I had rosemary zucchini with my Sea Bass. I ate it too quickly to even take a picture. Your soup looks tasty.

We have huge Sriracha stock down here. I think we'll be safe.

When I was in high school a friend and I got into decorating cakes as a hobby. I don't really do it much anymore but the advances are amazing!

I use to decorate cakes as well. It’s hard to want to eat a cake like the photo. We stood around it talking about eating the foot.
