need some advice on my plants please?

hey i was wondering about my plant, i got to nearly harvest time and 1 is fine but the bigger 1 has like 2-3 weeks left and its SPROUTING NEW GROWTH on top of buds and new white hairs appearing? strange but any advice would be sweeeet PEACE, CF

the last 7 - 14 days of flowering is when your plant really explodes and produces the most bud development. dont be worried they are just going thru their last big spurt of growth.
