can i uproot plants to transplant them to hydro after about 2.5 weeks of growing in soil, or can i grow from seed in the hydroton rocks? if i can- how?

You can't grow in hydroton rocks.
You need to get some rockwool cubes, you can either germinate the seeds and put them in the cubes, or germinate them in the cubes.
the rockwool cube goes in the hydroton rocks with the new seedling or germinating seed (but don't turn on your hydro system til they sprout) keep the kubes moist but dont drown the seedling.
When I did it I germinated the seeds in paper towels and a dark spot first, then put them in cubes and into the hydro system

can u grow in peat pellets in hydroton rocks- if not, can u show me how u did it with the rockwool(post pics)
I don't have pics from that.
What Kind of hydro system are you using?
the cubes are like 1.5-2+ inch squares, you just make space in the hydrton for the top of it to be a bit above level, if you have a tube with water coming from underneath you get the tube at the bottom of the rockwool, and should have the top of the rockwool just a bit above the surface of the hydroton

havent set it up but i think its called the nutrient film technique, can i use peat pellets instead of rockwool they seem the same from the pics ive seen
