I have 6 plants growing in a 3 gallon pot they are 3 1/2 weeks old and they arnt growing as fast as i would like can anyone help started them outside just brought them in and do yall think the plant on the left is ready to flower yet

You havent posted any pics.....

If theres a significant temp difference between outside and inside then you may have shocked the plants...

Hi sorry I can not see too well with old age it looks like 6 plants in one pot they need a pot each for the roots to grow
