What do you guys suggest I buy? I’ve managed to spare 200$ just for my growing tent. Any suggestions on what I should/could get to boost my growing experience/techniques?
I got a: humidifier, dehumidifier, AC, exhaust fan with the carbon filter. ThermoHydrometer.
Something els smart i should get?

Lifting the pot is a good way to figure out how much moisture is in the pot. Are your pots sitting directly on the floor or is there something keeping them from touching the floor?What do you guys suggest I buy? I’ve managed to spare 200$ just for my growing tent. If you're planing to use color to track the progress of your plants, remember to lock the camera's white balance and to use the same light source for the photos.
I use generic garden store soil sometimes and towards mid flowering the soil ph drops. My theory is that the plant has sucked all the gypsum out of the soil and the peat in the mix drops the ph. A decent ph meter might come in handy.
Not sure exactly what's in your heis starter pack but having a bottle of cal/mag on hand wouldn't hurt.

Is the cord long enough for you to mount it outside the tent? If not I’d get something in the tent to mount it to and place it where it can be kept from overheating or risk of shock.Can the ballast get too hot on the floor? It’s About 24 degrees in there. Do you think i should get a smaller fan directed to the ballast?

They are deficient but stressed more, naturally they will droop when no light as that's the most energy efficient in its state. I can't say it's a nutrient problem but you should find some hesi grows and work out if your feeding too light.
Training looks more like you had dying lower leaves and not to lollipop as a purpose and those stems are not healthy.
So you sort your nutrients out, find the a and b bottles and cut additives, ph and boosts out except possibly any bottle that says micros and trace but even then it's not the important part.
Watering is judging when 60-70% has gone. It's not going to be light when lifted but your going to notice it's a lot lighter than when watered. You just get a feel for it. If you let it get really dry then water a day before that, your starting to get the cycle and should have a rough guess of when it will need water next. Mine are every three days, four is a little too much but two is too early, it's not always right but close enough not to cause problems.
Too much airflow or fans, low temperatures, light too close are problems but your not going to get it in one grow, just start at nutrients and work down and when one makes a change go back and do everything else again till you know it by heart.
That's the simple guide, plants look almost done in, any worse I'd start more try keep these as a learning aid.
