My 2 posts on this thread were respectful thank you very much..... No offense but I don't think you've been here long enough to be telling everyone else how they should be posting. ;)

Agreed. This was directed at people who were being disrespectful though. I wasn't trying to be mean or disrespectful or tell anyone how to post on here as I haven't been here very long and I understand that. I was just trying to state that, Sometimes, depending on the person, it makes them not wanna post here anymore because of some comments that were made about their questions. Its nothin to argue about but..

Whos momma aint told em' ..........

If you ain't got nothin nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Just common sense hope I didn't offed anyone && yes Florida Girl your post are genuine.

"Fusarium wilt is most common in warm growrooms...Fusarium starts as as small spots on older, lower leaves. Interveinal leaf chlorosis appears swiftly. Leaf tips may curl before wilting and drying to a crisp. Portions or the etire plant will wilt and die. The disease starts in the plant's xylem, the base of the fluid transport system. Cut one of the main stems in two, and look for the telltale reddish-brown color."
-Jorge Cervantes

looks like you may have Fusarium wilt... the best solution is to destroy the plant and growing medium and sterilize your grow room.. bummer

jorge cervantes thought he knew his shit a lot of his theories have been proved wrong. i wouldnt chop a plant that was two months old and looking perfectly healthy just because it leaks a bit of red fluid. yes it may be an infection but it also may be nothing. usually if there is something wrong the plant will tell you
with fusarium wilt look out for a dark patch spreading up the stem from the soil line the stem will then suck in on itself like an implosion, if that happens bin it otherwise its looking lovely and im sure it will bush up lovely after its beheading

I believe this is caused from an excess of nitrogen. I have a few plants with nitrogen lock. just topped one of them.

pic 1- just cut...looks like blood.
pic 2- that isn't from my finger, it's from the plant. you can see the freshly cut stem doesn't have the bead of liquid on it anymore.
it is definitely red in color...sweet too.

Maybe this will help.......(taken from Mel Frank /Ed Rosenthal book)

When you cut the stem or leaves, you may see the plant's sap momentarily spurt before the wound is plugged. The sap contains primarily the products of photosynthesis, in the form of sucrose (table sugar). Smaller amounts of materials associated with the living organism such as minerals, amino acids, and enzymes are also present. In marijuana, the sap is usually colourless, although a bright red colour - it looks like blood - is not uncommon in later life. The red colour is due to haematin compounds and anthocyanin pigments that naturally build up in some varieties. The red colour may also indicate a nutrient deficiency, notably of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, or magnesium
