Huge Congrats on the look of those plant, they look so delicious! I want to lick the plants it looks so salivating good.
Sucks on the one male you have but can't win'em all. We can try but not 100% of the time it will pan out
(What's growing beside your plants that have the rounded leaves? Different strain/ Garden growers or just another plant?)

The male was kept on purpose and I had a hard time debating on which I wanted to keep but I let the males grow out and see which was the strongest stem, skinny leafs, and sweet smell and cloned him for breeding if I choose to (he stays in veg so no flower). I use the same space for growing my beginners for my garden so they are veggies I have about 300 seeds total growing there next to my bud plants I have squash, tomatoes, peppers, cantaloupe, artichoke, cucumber, watermelon, pumpkin, and a ton of other shit right there. Going to throw a lot of those into DWC containers and clone them to grow in my garden t his year so there is no wait time from seed to strong plants. I am plowing a 300x300ft area and need a lot of veggies to fill the area so this is how I'm doing it. I am building 5 cloners so I can clone my bud plants and veggies together. Why waste the space and light and extra watts going into nowhere? I figure it's complete with everything they need so why not lol

Well I gritted my teeth and harvested a few of my ladies today. Gonna regenerate a couple of them to get some clones from. I like how they turned out even under that light so I would like to see what they do under a couple 400s and couple 1000s. Little excited. I don't have a scale but ordered 1 and I should be getting it soon (I hope) lol My last scale was stolen when they got my seeds (I HATE ROOMMATES) Going to upload some pictures of what I got and I'll have em up as soon as they're done.

Not quite a farmer but I am sitting on 30+ acres and I'm tired of putting $1200 a month into it and not getting anything but somewhere to stay. I figure with a 300x300 garden I should raise roughly $40-80,000 yearly. I plan on getting some cattle in here too for auctioning. Should be able to get everything I need to start a good "ranch" within the next couple years. I do my buds for personal pleasure as well as medicinal purposes. I enjoy gardening very much and it's just 1 of those hobbies that really soothes you to the soul if you understand what I'm saying. By next year I should be able to have a property that pays for itself 10 fold. I read something that mentions the legalization of MJ in Cali in Nov of this year so if that happens then you know what else this property will be selling lol I do appreciate all the compliments B and hope things turn out well for you and S7even in upcoming grows. I will always be growing for as long as I am a free man so anytime you need help with your grows feel free to tap my shoulder. My internet's being a dick again so it looks like the pictures will have to wait. I called my ISP and they did their typical excuse BS and I figure they don't give me what I pay for I don't pay for what I don't get

Holy Bajesus! Lets hope it gets legalized and you can plant a 300x300 field with delicious veggies and Marijuana plants - would be the best garden ever. Pictures are a must see (Even if by pm )

Tbh I don't like the 150watts, waste of electricity. From everything I read it takes (3) 150 watt hps to = a 250watt... I think by next grow I'm gonna just switch to all 1000 watters.. I will post some pics soon B sorry just been busy.

Ok so I uploaded some pictures. I wasn't happy about harvest because I got way less than I was expecting but this was a dry run and I started with free seeds so I wasn't really expecting much but this was pretty upsetting lol Gonna have to get back into the groove of growing and hopefully next harvest will be much much better. I'm estimating 2-3 oz off 9 plants . Picking up some WW mothers tomorrow so we'll see how things turn out for next grow...

The first 5 pictures are of the first harvest (3 plants *pathetic*) The next 3 are of the second harvest (1 plant Not bad) and the last is of all the buds hanging together from both harvests. I plan to harvest the rest tomorrow or the day after. The sharpie in the picture is the typical permanent marker you get at the store to compare size (no lighter on sight)

Thanks man. I am used to growing a lot bigger plants so this is a little small imho lol. I don't mind though because it was a dry run to get myself back in the groove of growing. Thanks for the rep man I appreciate it. Going to do another harvest today and will get some pictures up as soon as I get a chance. I have 8 more plants to harvest (I think it's and should probably get around 2-4 oz off these I'm hoping.

Little update for everyone that has been tagging along. I am going to start a "serious" garden next grow. Here are the estimates.

I will be buying all new gear from a local shop that's offering really great prices for light systems, nutes, plugs, rooting sollution, fans, and ducting that he doesn't give to others unless their spending some $$ lol. Here is the set up..

I am going to shop at Lowes for (2) 6'x8' garden sheds for more room.
For veg I will be running 4 DWC 35 or 50 site cloner / veger. The plants will be kept under a 400 or 1000 watt MH (metal halide) The light systems will be sealed air cooled hoods with duct to an intake and exhaust for a sealed no in no out room. I will be putting a Co2 tank with timers and drip lines. Oscillating fans will be in each corner of the room. All walls and ceiling will be lined with mylar. To keep the temps down I will be using a 5000 btu air conditioner / dehumidifier.

For flower I will be running 4-6 35-50 site DWC totes. For lighting I will be using (2) 600 or 1000 watt HPS (considering light movers). The hoods will be air cooled and completely sealed for a no in no out flower room. A Co2 tank with drip lines for above the plants. Oscillating fans for the corners of the room and computer fans for below the SOG canopy air circulation. To keep the temps down I will be using another 5000 btu air conditioner / dehumidifier. For nutes I will be using the typical General Hydro Flora Series, Super thrive, Liquid Karma, Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom (undecided).

Let me know what you guys think I'm off to make a couple chops and hopefully make some ice bag hash

Hey Joker, the Nugs came up nice. Dont sweat the low yield, always takes a harvest to get back into the swing of things.
Was a good grow though, very neat & prompt.
Tried to drop some +Rep ur way, but have to spread it around some more 1st..

Little update:
I smoked a bowl of some of the Ogre I grew (I have a clone to this plant too) and found 2 seeds. 1 of the seeds was all smashed up (guessing from peeling the bud off for the bowl) It was hella good smoke and had me straight couch locked. There were no males in the room so I'm guessing a hermie snuck by me so the seeds are "feminized". I'm startin germination today on it lol.

Glad I was of some assistance then.
I wouldn't recommend using that seed.. It would more than likely b a big waste of ur time.. The offspring wud almost certainly Hermie too easily.
If it has Hermied that easy (i.e no undue stress) then it has poor genetics.

The process 4 Feminized seeds is not just starting with a random plant that turned Hermie. They take thousands of em.. Cull the Males. Select the best 50 Females, then attempt to 'shock' the plants through various tests such as low/high temps, high PH/EC, hot/cold feeds, erratic light cycles etc. All the while throwing away the weaker plants that Hermied along the way.
When they are left with a few (or one) genetically strong unique pheno they then force it to change through the use of a chemical called Collodial Silver. This makes the female produce pollen and thus it pollenates itself with Female Pollen (leaving no Male chromosone in the equation). Sure the offspring could hermie as a result, but if u get ur seeds from a quality place then u can b assured that their rigorous testing has more than 99% ruled that possibility out.

Yea bro I used to breed plants and use the CS for feminized seeds. I did a lot of hard research on breeding with Mm and Yy and Xx formulas. Not a problem there was going to throw it germinating yesterday but got hella busy so I didn't but figure I will today sometime. It will be amongst a lot of others so it wont really be a waste of time. No worries there haha. Thanks Ninja

veggin with cfl came out nice, I got to go pick up some more cfls for my veg cabinet, I only have one spiral at the moment, im looking for the tubes which are hard to find a 2 footer in 6500k, other than the hydro shop that wants $190 for a 4 tube setup

You have to try LST and some good fan power, to get some more shoots, just my opinion, lst helped a lot for me SO FAR on my 1st grow..........I hope mine comes out just as good as yours

This grow was to get me back in the groove and the next grow should be 10x better providing this 1 gives me enough to be able to fund my plans of the next grow. Good looking strains. Be careful about growing Blue Dream you have been misinformed its a Sativa Dominant plant that is a cross of Blueberry x Haze. While White Widow is 60% Indica 40% Sativa you may run into problems with the blue dream towering unless you employ Scrog / LST / Topping methods. Also real Blue Dream Genetics are Clone Only. I got some Blue Dream seeds in a sack recently but I fear they will Hermie out. Always worth a try though

Not misinformed lol I understand the Blue Dream will grow large that's why I had said growing them in their own tote and in the corner of the room with their own lights. No worries Thanks bro I appreciate that. I also know it's clone only. I have someone that is willing to sell me 50 of them right now for a decent price.
