That will work fine for your first couple of grows. @Olive Drab Green had the next size up in a closet grow and grew some dank looking buds, he's into CoB now.

The better option, if in your budget range is quantum boards with a meanwell driver.
If outta range that visparspectra will work just fine. I remember those visparspectra were 99$ bout 2 year's ago.
4x QB120 Quantum Boards (4000K) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077KDNQWL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jbjdBb0RSFPYD
Alright so if i went the quantum board could i use if through whole grow veg and flower and another thing my first leaves on my plant are starting to yell is this normal or could it be nute deficiency cause I now it's not heat cause temps stay in low to high 70s with lights on and good circulation. So could it be from shock from trans plant.
About the grow box I'm almost done just need to cut some vent wholes for inline fan I plan on getting and need to get some Mylar to lace the inside with but other than that the shelf is temporary only to keep my plants close to cfls for their youth . Second pic is yellowing leaf. see how I hung those cfls in 1st pic that's what I call diy lol

The board's should get you through both veg and flower. Maybe @Stephenj37826 will swing by and comment on the QB, driver needed and footprint etc.

The seedling could have some shock, could need little bit of food or combination of the both. Honestly i need to go back to the start of this thread and read to better diagnose that.

Alright well when you come up with an answer let me know

OK I caught up.

I'm gonna guess it's transplant shock from the move and slight root trim. Also maybe the microherd is still colonizing the rhizosphere(root zone).

The seedling still has it's first (feeder)leaf on it, it's not food issues yet.

The seedling shouldn't need nutes for the first 2 weeks while that very first leaf is still attached.

Just watch it for now. Make sure not to over water and that solo has drain holes.

yea good drainage and i don't think there are bugs cause when i trans i misted all the dirt off roots while transplanting so no old dirt but yea ill just keep watching and if it gets worse ill take in all considerations

I'm gonna guess it's I don't know if y'all can answer this but my leaves on both plants are curving to the side I know if the curve down that means to much light intensity but Idk I mean even the new sprouts leaves are curving around the feeder leaves y'all got any idea what it might be. I think it might be light position

Is 600w led viparspectra too much for 2x2 people say they are only putting out like 200w really in stead of 600 so what y'all think

It can work, just have to manage heat transfer. It's gonna get hot in there. I like the visparspectra line.

One of my 3x3 tents has close to 500w from the wall of DiY LED. Gets hotter than sheet in there. But was less than 100$ to make. In hindsight, wish I would of went with 4 QB288 or 4 QB 132's. #Random

yea im not sure yet if i am getting the 300w or 450w but i am positive i will be getting one of the two and
a 4in inline fan with carbon filter by vivosun

There are these 1100lumen soft white led bulbs and I was wondering if I could use any # of them for any stage in the grow 8$ for 4

Of course. I used a19 led and par 31 LED spotlights in socket to plug adapters on power strips for a veg tent experiment. They worked.

Alright sweet I am trying to get couple fluro tubes but if that doesn't work out I am gonna go with the led bulbs for now while I save up a bit of $ for better gear
Oh yea my second bean sprouted couldn't be happier now I'm just hoping for at least 1 fmale
Now both feeder leaves are yellowing could that just be the plant using up it's nutes from them to grow and then they fall off?

I usually use just simple soil from shop for seedligns , they got enough nutrients to last them for the first week or 2 ... She might've burn cuz of the nutes in soil wich are activated when you water ... I notice some too on one of my clones , she was young and the soil was rich in nutrients and it burn a little of her leaf tips , but after that she was fine since i water her once a week or so .... she had time to grow and now can handle the nutrients in soil ....

Trust me the seedlings don't need any feed ... im a newbie grower but my plants always looked healthy without any nutes or anything in the first 1 month of vegging ... after that i always notice some lower leaves yellowing and then i start feeding them some nutes.... She can grow just fine without nutes , they usually just get things worse in the early stages. Peace

Also make sure the lights aren't too close to them , move them up a bit. They don't even need to be that close they don't need that much light ...

Also if its possible to measure the PH in your water that could also be a problem ... I don't have a PH meter but my tap water never caused any trouble , but of course it depends on where ya from...

Yea Ik not to feed them I didn't feed them. Yea I plan on getting better lighting so I don't have to use cfls.
No I don't have a ph reader either but plan on buying one

I use CFLS for the entire vegging stage , i realized that light in veg isn't such a big deal.... some CFLs do it for me .... i also plan on using T5 cuz i want to cover a larger area ... CFL's and T5 are good for vegging ( at least for me ). Yea a PH reader is very usefull , i don't have one either but planning to get one soon.

On the later stage of veg you could use a reflector for cfls or whatever you planning to use , its very good and usefull ... Im sure you can find some DIY guides online so you can make one if you can't afford one. Peace homie.

So I got a couple of these led lights and I took them apart and mounted them on a board then hung that in my box and I am gonna get a few more Idk yet how many I want six to do three in front and three in back do y'all think it will work but right now I only have 2 so I have one over each plant when i gdt the other lights i am gonna put them all on one board and have them equally spaced because when I put them on this board the one on the left is farther over then the one on the right

You can also put some reflectory foil on the walls of the grow-room ,not necessary now but in the later stages it will help spread more light on plants. Keep going , one love.

My poor little plant needs nutes so I am gonna pick up some Epsoma tomato tone or something how would I use it on my plant that is already in ground? Could I just sprinkle it on top and water it in or do I have to take my plant outta the soil and mix it into the soil?

Make a 1" circle of fertilizer around the plant atleast 3" from the stalk. Work Into soil(scratch). Water.
