white widow micro growing in 1 litre pot , clay soil with dry chicken manure and organic dry fertilizer , lighting is 200 W cfls 3500k mixed between day light and warm light , in flowering stage some pistils didnt grow at all while two other turning to buds , i think its late to recover :/

i have white widow i grow it 12/12 from seedling now its during flowering day 14 , i make fault and didnt stress training so its leaves hide some pistils , do i add 40w cfl on bottom will help any ideas , thanks
