My 2nd grow: Raft and DGHaze

no nutes, will be adding a real small dose of fish emulsion next watering i think (has an npk of 5-1-1, but i'll be doing it at a super small amount)

and no ph measuring... the oaxacan was givin to me a bit further ahead than the rest of the plants... i've had to restart a few of the beans like previously stated... so there are a variety of start dates...

i know when i gave it to you i just thought you had germed your beans around the same time i did...you should try a cheapy aero set-up..growth is explosive....peace

so!
today i got my panda plastic, and my pyrex "bake-a-round" for my cooltube.... all i need now is some ducting and order my muffin fans, and my room will be good to go for the most part =]

oh, well, i seriously need to get one of those window ac units... my youngins ain't liking the heat that has been getting to them in the closet... i came home today to find the ac off in the house.,... wtf!!!! i'm gonna have to have a word with someone....

also, at the hydro store, found the mycho additives i'll be using.... a nice little combo, including a bottle of humus (i'm not quite sure what it is.... but i remember reading the label going, ahhhh)... i can't remember the exact name of the product, but i'll post pics and info on them when i do buy them... prolly in another week or two

oh, and greenbud... hopefully i'll have the cutting by the end of this month! if i can get my hps up and running with the cool tube, that should speed things up

see, after i've watered, the bottom trays each pot sits on would fill up with the water running through the pot (having 50% perlite, lots of the water just flows through...) and whateverr, it would take a day or two foor the water to evapourate....

i didn't think anything of it, but my plants have been gettng sick, and i couldn't quite figure out why...

i think i've gotten it undercontrol though... i switched out the little trays they were in for 3 larger ones that have three pots in each, all sitting atop an inch of perlite... giving them drainage space, but preventing them sitting in water, rotting the roots...


ugh... atleast that headache should be over....

dope...defently can use the new genes...you were overwatering how unfornunate...would that cool tube work ona 1000 mh light...also im thinking of gettin some cfers or flouros for vegging an using the mh for flower..what kind lights are you using ian...peace gb1

.... the pyrex tube isn't the fattest thing, so i dunno if a 1000w MH (being as roiund as they are) would fit in there... but maybe some brands will? i dunno... some fluoro shoplights are sufficient for mothers and clones... set you up with a perpetual grow....

i got a 400w HPS i'm putting in my cool tube, adn two t12 40 shoplights (eahc holding a warm and cool spectrum tubes)

i think clones will be done within the next three weeks, by mid oct.

not bad..yea ima start flowering on oct 1st the dwc plants are just to big..yea perpetual grow is what i want..also i order some JOCK HORROR seeds from nirvana a week ago so now im waiting on those....med grade...peace gb1

like, right after they come on, a while after they come on? right before they go off?

any advice?

If your going to put them into continous light anyway, I
don't think it would matter. Don't know for sure but I've
had 100% success taking them within the first hour or so.

well clones have been cut
and most are doing well, all except for one dghaze, but i think it might still make it...

the rest of the plant are recovering nicely, so as soon as i see roots on my clones, its flowering time


but
sadly
i think i have found some male preflowers on my oaxacan
which is sad because its the only oax i have
but oh well

they are still just small little things, but i'm fairly certain they are what they are (damn...)
