mmhm, i know its not a seed story but recently i ordered some christmas gifts for my best friend, from urban outfitters, one of the gifts happend to be a coffee mug
they sent it without bubble wrap in a plastic bag im sure you could guess how it ended up
ya.... not the smartest bunch in the group

i called customer service they sent me a new one by next day wrapped up in a box no charge and i didnt have to bother sending the old one back
arrived next day , i will order again from them due to their customer service alone, just no breakables this time ;)

I've had great luck with Bonza. The only bad thing I could say is that I had 2 of the free seeds die on me which is in no way their fault. Always get the guaranteed delivery and, guess what, they guarantee you get your order. Funny how that works.

Just by posting your shipping info and reminding people of their liability is enough to defend your co in public eye. No need to call names or or be disrespectful to paying customers.

Bonza seeds are a complete rip off. Only one of my seeds germinated-one was empty!!(no kernel) and the other just rotted, i think it was dead already. They have no way to contact them(how convenient for ripping people off)-so no refund or replacement. OH BUT THEY REPLY TO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS SITE!! A very expensive mistake-and i will never recommend them -UNLESS they replace my seeds. If not there will be a tide of negative feedback on any site that will listen.

I bet that's user error.

Bonza doesn't make the seeds. They just sell them.

What breeder and what strain?

How do you know that there was no embryo in one of the shells and the other rotted?

How did you get them? Over watering can kill them. Extra steps like using paper towels can kill them. Certian pest can eat the inside of the seed when you plant.

If you found something rotted that's a sign of too much moisture.






As far as anyone else buying seeds. I haven't dealt with bonza but I have Herbie's and other over seas banks.

You know it's possible for them to get taken by cutoms. It happens. No they won't arrest you. They just send you a letter with the illegal objects removed and tell you that if you think they took it in error you can contact them.

You have the choice. Don't pay the extra and take the risk or pay extra and have the garuntee.

Take the time to read the fine print.

Though I see both sides of it. Maybe bonza shouldn't have said certian words but at the same time the op called them thieves in the second email. I would tell the customer to get bent and not order with me again as well.

So after this I started askin mates about there seed banks nearly all warned me there 4th or 5 the order never arrived from bonza
I I wrote to bonza and asked about this

What we would like to nip in the bud is your conspiracy theory regarding non-deliveries. It is absolutely not the case that we do not despatch the 4th or 5th orders - that would be a stupid and suicidal way to operate a business! If you are aware of the difficulties of receiving certain products in certain countries then you must also be aware that there will be occasions when things do not always run smoothly. There is nothing we can do about this (besides offering a guaranteed shipping method, which you haven't ever opted for) and no amount of threats of bad reviews is ever going to change that fact. These threats will only serve to make us reluctant to do business with you in the future.

Been growing for decades so i know what i am doing. If they sell them they are responsible for the sale and refunds.
