I allways order from herbies and I pay the £4.99 discreet I have to sign for it and can track it still...
The other option is only different because the post man pops and no signature needed or cheap option to sign for.
I did order with both to see what's the difference lol at separate occasions
am in the UK to so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
But to be honest Gary is right they should sort you out with something if not then just move on to the next one

That's because you pay for the guaranteed service, Gary. Had the OP purchased a guaranteed method we would not be having this conversation right now. Instead, he chose not to and then came on to the boards suggesting he had been treated unfairly. That is quite clearly not the case. For a man who has never ordered from us you sure do have a lot to say about us.

I've ordered from Attitude and their stealth/guaranteed is around $30 so I've been using Herbies exclusively for the past 2-3 years. They won me over when I had my order snatched by customs! They replaced my order ASAP with no problems. I didn't even know they offered a non tracked option...

You can dispute any charge on your credit card or bank statement... Doesnt mean you'll always get the funds back, but you can dispute it if you'd like.
