Must read bonzaseeds rippoff

Hi I have ordered from bonza 4 times before this order allways took 3 to 4 days for status on Order to say posted this time the next day it said posted
And I've now waited a month this first reply when I asked when they posted I ordered on the 21 oct

We are sorry to hear that your goods are not with you. Deliveries usually take around 5 - 10 working days from despatch but international mail can occasionally take a lot longer due to unexpected delays - up to 25 working days in some cases. Your goods shipped on the 22nd October.
Please be aware that as you opted for an untracked tariff we have no means to trace your goods and cannot update you with any further details of their whereabouts.

So after this I started askin mates about there seed banks nearly all warned me there 4th or 5 the order never arrived from bonza
I I wrote to bonza and asked about this

What we would like to nip in the bud is your conspiracy theory regarding non-deliveries. It is absolutely not the case that we do not despatch the 4th or 5th orders - that would be a stupid and suicidal way to operate a business! If you are aware of the difficulties of receiving certain products in certain countries then you must also be aware that there will be occasions when things do not always run smoothly. There is nothing we can do about this (besides offering a guaranteed shipping method, which you haven't ever opted for) and no amount of threats of bad reviews is ever going to change that fact. These threats will only serve to make us reluctant to do business with you in the future.
We hope you take another look at the situation and that you realise we are on the same side, fighting the same corner.

I looked for a seed company near my city and it's herbies lol next day delivery for my orders.
It's unlucky mate, try look for Australian seed banks or is completely illegal, if as weird as UK laws then look for one near you
It will arrive quicker and they are in your country so less faffing about.

I'm crying about seeds that have mites or some shit in it lol... god knows what but I been ripped off.

Just a warning herbies afghani freebie is really bad and would not recommend it unless you are the ganja whisperer lol.

Getting tracking when buying seeds into australia mean u gotta sign for it and that means using ur real addy and name and it's very illegal to import weed seeds
And also ur package also gets more attention in customs
So u don't want tracking

I'll normal start with a cheap order to see if they come through and if they do u order more but as me and several of my mates have found out they ripp u off after a few orders

And no labs lol weed laws in aus r fcked u cant be in possession of weed seeds and they most def don't have shops here
Bonza is a uk company setup for Aussie buyers bonza is a Aussie word for like wicked,cool ect

I think thre reply has made you look a bit stupid, bro. Get tracked or accept that your stuff may go missing sometimes. It happens and the best thing you can do is not cry in front of everyone about it

Yup, most seed banks will guarantee you get your order if you pay extra for tracking.

Australia is known for having the tightest borders of anyone. I'd recommend always getting tracking as others have said. I won't go into detail but many an Aussie has trouble getting darknet goods through your customs and those vendors have the best stealth imaginable, so I'm not shocked a seed order didn't get through those bastards.

What an absolutely ridiculous comment, weedenhanced. All of your friends have told you we don't send out 4th or 5th orders? Really? We're in the business of keeping our customers happy and making stories up like that just makes you look very silly in my opinion. You're importing seeds knowing there's a risk of interception and opted to do so using an untracked shipping method. By definition, when you order untracked the goods cannot be tracked and we are unable to simply magic up tracking information. We also mark our untracked shipments as NOT RECOMMENDED to your location.

As far as I can see the agent has dealt with your query absolutely correctly and professionally.

Man I read these shyts all the time...smdh... You are engaging in an illegal venture...you MUST except that there will be snafu's or mishaps , no way around it . Count your blessings when they come thru and when they don't , get over it and move on....flaming said seed bank will get you nowhere .

I totally agree with you but let's not call each other stupid on here - not the right vibe even if he has made a mistake. Must give Bonza a shout though they have always looked after me and everyone else I have told them about.

Whilst Herbies are a retailer we have a lot of time for and one of only a few of us doing things correctly you do have to pay extra for tracking - just as you do here at Bonza - so I'm not clear why you mention it. We do not charge anything for "stealth" and we're widely recognised as being top of the pile in terms of the quality of our discrete shipping.

In the spirit of fairness let's make it clear that both Bonza Seedbank and Herbies offer free discrete shipping and charge exactly the same for tracked services and both guarantee shipments sent using tracked methods.

Incorrect!! I only pay $15 for guarantied shipping and customs got my order and Herbies promptly sent out another for no extra charge!

What's incorrect, Gary? $15 (£9.99) is the fee for tracked shipping at Herbies. $7.50 (£4.99) is the fee for untracked shipping at Herbies. You paid an additional $7.50 for tracking. That's the same as at Bonza although in fact our untracked shipping is cheaper and in addition we offer free international shipping for those customers who don't mind waiting an extra week or so.

We also offer reships on tracked (guaranteed) shipping.
