misting outdoor clones

:-? i just read that u should mist clones to wash off nitrogen to slow down the grouth and so the roots will grow faster i just cloned 5 plants and put them out side in pots there looking very healthy i trimed all the dead leaves off sooo ? is do have to mist them im very lazy so if i dont have to then i wont lol
 
I don't know where you read anything like that. Misting will not wash nitrogen off then plant, there won't be any there. The nitrogen will be inside the plant and you would 'flush it' to lower the nitrogen content before cloning. This will help early root development.
After you have taken clones you had better mist them until they develop roots. If you don't they will die and you can go back to being lazy. Duh. VV
