Michigan police get access to info on medical users and growers

Is this not the biggest invasion of privacy and breaks a bunch of laws in MI !
Is MDCH liable for this, i bet there will be a civil suit over this ! ??

I totally agree that it is an invasion of privacy and that it does break the law (depending). the funny thing is that it tell its law enforcement not to make the mmp info process "automated" while checking their status "if it was in question"... This is vague and will invite lawsuits. If this memo is for state trooper in Lansing, MI then most likely the practice is being done throughout Michigan for its agency!

It worries me for DRIVERS, cops now can check if you are card holder, and Get you ANYTIME for Driving under the influence
