You're only covered by the injunction with MMAR if your production license was valid past Sept 31 2013 and your possession license was valid past March 21 2014. If any of those fell short you are not part of the injunction.

So say you didn't renew your license and your grow and possession licenses expired Feb 20 2014 or say March 20 2014 then you are no covered by the injunction.

Read the final decision. Sept 31 2013 and March 21 2014.

If you sent in your renewal before the original cut off date Sept 31 2013 and you're licenses (possesion/production) were renewed and were valid past March 21 2014 then your are covered.
If you didn't renew and your licenses expired say March 20 2014 then you are not covered under the injunction.
If your production license was valid to Oct 1+ 2013 but you only renewed your possession license and didn't bother with the production license then you are still valid since your producion was valid after Sept 31 2013 and your possesion would have been valid past March 21 2014.

When I received my mmar pinks the possession and production date have the exact same issue and expiry date same with when I renewed. So if what your saying is correct nobody would be covered? Sorry guys I shouldn’t have had that huge dab lol

So if my issue date is sept 6/13 and expiry date is mar 31/14 on both pinks I would be covered?

If both were valid after March 21 2014 then you are golden. Its gets really muddy because of what HC posted on their sites and originally they didn't state you could renew your possession for one more year after Sept 31 2013, which was the cut off date for the production license renewal. That's why I never bothered, didn't see a need for possession if I can't grow so my pinks expired Feb 2014.

Huh? I'm not understanding you. What do you mean by my ATP/PPL is 'set aside'? I'm still legal under the injunction. Technically, HC no longer knows I am still a patient. My forms were valid for one year - they should have destroyed any documents pertaining to me.
I don't think they will ever revisit the Allard case to remove the injunction.

I don't believe people should have to tell their towns if they don't want to, however i did inform my RM just for some of the reasons they mentioned. It's a new set up I've been working on and wanted to make sure the proper permits and etc. were being pulled. Really trying my hardest to make sure things are done properly and by the book.

I ended up informing the RCMP out here as well but that was only because I got pulled over with a bunch of grow equipment in my vehicle about a month ago lol. At least it's all on record now. No one can try to play the "oh, we didn't know" card. When I was Iiving in the city, the city police knew about my license as well, which worked in my favor a couple times so I'm ok with it.
