Megacrop

I love the old guy on the bag...is it a joint or a cigarette...who cares. Calling it a joint.
Of course it is.
Chopped 10 ambrosia this week. Clones from the 5 females of last grow. Everything was in autopots, last grow was full Remo line, this grow was Megacrop. Yield and quality appear to be the same but I think the flavor tastes even better than the last run.

I live in Sault Ste Marie and ordered mine from them early February and it cost me $134 to the door. I had to pay $12.99 tax I'm loving this stuff and so are my girls! I have some in early veg and others later on flower and they all are very happy. I'm running in soil and this is all they're getting, no more straight water this makes it easy. No more do I have to remember if it's time to feed them or not? Had a little trouble in the past LOL I was running the Fox Farm Trio. Had trouble with nute burn, I'm even running a few autoflowers which are tricky when it comes to nutes but not with this stuff. Both autos and photos are loving it. Soaked a few rockwool cubes in four grams / gallon solution and took a few Monster crop clones four for four.MC gets two thumbs up for me! Thank you
Haha..your probably neighbors. He's pretty happy so far as well. How did you like the super heavy box?

OK, but is that math pretty much right? Because it's only for 2grans per dropper. I'd need 3 full droppers PER GALLON for bloom so I could dial in ppm no problem
I'll let others confirm the math. Imma dummy.

Hopefully nothing to worry about BUT.....Somewhere I was reading about guys having weird crap growing on/in their concentrate. I would check into that if I were going to concentrate.

Small grower here, no concentrates, just weigh the MC pow-dah and mix into my calmag prepped base.

So just about to start using my bag of MC that I ordered off the Canadian site and wondering about cal mag?
I use RO water and have always added cal mag plus to my water and than the botanicare line of nutes.
Now with the MC do I still need it or is there enough in the MC?
Using promix if that matters.
Any info is appreciated.

I run under white LED (QB) and in hydro using water with a base EC right now of 0.3 and I add about 1/4 the manufacturers recommended dose of CalMag to my water along with the MC. For the current brand of CalMag I am using that works out to 1ml per gallon.

I'm in bagged canna coco under 630w of cmh and 240w of led. Running MC around 5gr per gallon.

Using RO, I'm adding 4ml of Calimagic per gallon. Any less and I start getting deficiencies. Last run I was using GLNs calmag+ with success.

My base with calmag is around 240ppm. YMMV!

If you are measuring PPM on the .50 scale, then 240PPM would be about right, about 0.5 EC base water including calmag. About the same as me in hydro. That's why I use EC, PPM is too confusing since no one specifies what scale they are talking about .
This is a pet peeve of mine as well.
I learned on the .7 scale, so I think in terms of that, but I always turn to Ec when speaking to others.

I use CaliMagic because that's what I already had on hand and I'm fond of it. What gets me is the Megacrop is 9-6-17 and the PK booster is 0-19-39 so I'm wondering why it's the Potassium taking front and center not the Phosphorus. I thought more like a 1-3-2 ratio was better. I've always used Dyna Grow Bloom at 3-12-6 in the past and pulled down buds that look like corn cobs.

how much megacrop did you use for veg and flower in the autopots?

I am going to run 2 XL and 2 regular sized autopots each with a seperate res and i have a bag of megacrop...strarting in 3 weeks.

I use Dutch Nutrient 0-50-30 PK boost from week 3-5 on-wards in flower. I feel this evens out the ratio better. That's just me. I do get corn cob sized colas too, depends on the strain.

Am I correct in thinking that to make a concentrate of mega crop to a 1Gallon container, at a strength of 2grams per gallon,(the lowest dose needed for seedlings and early veg) being delivered via a 5ml/1TSP dropper at 1 dropper full(5ml) per gallon.
I would need, assuming a gallons about 3,785ml, and there are 757 droppers worth of fluid in a gallon(3785/5) so to have 2 grams of MegaCrop per dropper, am I correct in concluding that I'd need 1,514 grams of MegaCrop powder to be diluted into a 1gallon container to have a dilute of 2 grams per 5ml dropper full?

This would make feeding so damn simple at 1 dropper per gal in seedling, 2 in veg, 2.5 early bloom, 2.75 in mid and an even 3 towards the end, ending with a good week and a half or so of flushing with plain RO.

Or if my math is indeed correct, perhaps doubling it would be even easier at 0.5, 1, 1.25, 1.33, and 1.5

I would just warm 3/4 gallon of RO on the stove and while continually stirring, slowly mix it in little by little, continuously stirring for a good five minutes after its all been poured in. Ending with that going into the jug, adding half the left over 1/4gal, shaking it very well, then finally topping off the rest of the gallon of RO.
Sooooo... Literally nobody has ever concentrated their M C and can confirm my math?+

I'd much rather just add the appropriate 1-3 dropper fulls per gallon to my water when I'm adding to the res. It's way easier than that weighing out each time "SHIT".
You're not wrong. It does sound easier to use the droppers.

And yes this shit is dense AF holy-moly lol.
