Why not just start the lgiht right away and the plants, that way you got no worries at all. I really dont think it will bring much attention unless the last tenants of the apartment barely used the electric.

JUST PLACED 2 (TWO) SEEDS BETWEEN A PAPER TOWEL

I folded it up twice, thuroughly wet it, put the thow seeds about an inch apart in there, then gently wrapped it up in a plastic grocery bag.

I am still in the process of moving my stuff into the apartment.

The other beauty popped. got my two jiffy peat pellets sittin in some water. there's a teaspoon of root starter in 16 ounces of water.

Im gonna try jiffy pellets again.. tell me how you used them because every time I have tried I have failed.. Maybe they need to be re watered more often and dry out too fast?

Well, i am really hoping they take in the peat pellet. they soaked overnight, and when i was ready to put my seeds in, i took the pellet out, gave it a light squeeze, and placed my seed in. i am almost off work and will see what's good in a few hours.
