Should let tap water sit for at least 24 hours to get rid of some of the hard components. As far as watering schedule goes, you should basically be watering when they are dry. A solid strategy I've found is to let them pretty much completely dry, then lift the pot and get an idea how light it is, then fully water (till you get runoff) then feel how heavy the pot is. When the pot gets close to the dry weight it's time to re-water.

Alternatively, you can wait till the top of the soil is dry, stick your finger 2-3" deep in the soil and water when that's dry.

when did they start drooping? what changed day to day and how did they look before?

it could be over watering or not enough water, how often do you water? thats what counts not really how much water you give but how often....you should wait until the pot is much lighter than before when freshly watered, or stick finger in a few spots i got as far as my finger can go it should be almost dry....you will get a million answers but i believe its about how OFTEN you water that makes them over watered.

Look at how close they all to your tents walls, thats also stressing them pushing them in....i have a tent and if you have any sort of ventilation and negative air pressure, air being sucked in, yuor side walls are probably caved in pushing the plants even more, you cant ever see unless you zip up the tent and go inside...this could be part of the reason.

humidity? how is it, if its not 0-20 you should be alright...

light? what kind? how far away? and tell us about your plants how old, nutes etc....

Have to agree with the overwatering suggestions. When the root ball is soggy the plant cannot respirate and this downward wilting occurs. Let the soil dry on the surface to a lighter color before watering, but water before the soil ball starts pulling away from the sides of the pot. The alternating wet and dry cycle is better for growth than lelaving the soil constantly moist.

The weighing of the pots is a good method to determine if the pots are still soaked or if they are starting to dry out. Observe the difference before watering and then after watering.

looks like over/underwatering ..how long have you been vegging for, and i would wait until they stabilize before switching to 12/12

let em dry out to almost bone dry, then do a few waterings until the perk up....remember it is how often you water not how much that effects them and makes them over watered
