Went to my local swap meet and picked up a couple awesome grow light. Wanted to ask which kinda light bulb does this need and i wanna use it for my Seedlings and veg would it work? Also it plugs into a Ballast not 110v into the wall. Inside where the bulb goes, Says 2000 watts 200 volts
