Wow I'm surprised at how cheap the diy versions are. Is it idiot stock boy who can't do shit friendly?
DIY is something that seems overwhelming at the start but when it clicks then your like wtf was I worried about.
You have the knowledge of many a DIY LED guy on here to assist too.
Your lucky in a way, 2x2 spaces are not expensive to light up, it starts to look real expensive with 5x5s or 8x4 or bigger.
Its worth it in my opinion and im sure 99% of those who have built their own would agree.
LED gardener is a great place to look, since strip builds are very popular now and he has all different sizes with parts list and wiring examples so its now very very easy to DIY a light that will kick the arse of most things on amazon and can be done at a reasonable price.

That's something you can look at in the future!

Don't get me wrong on the blurples, we can be a bit snobby, but blurple will grow you some good weed. The problem lies with seeing through the marketing of cheap lights and knowing what to look for in the tiny bit of relevant info they provide, most folks fall flat when they believe the light they have will light up their huge space and it ends up not being the case resulting in fluffy low quality harvests.

I think there is a place in GB that sells in EU and that mitigates that stupid tax. in a 2 x 2 you can run
CFL works good but probably the least grams per watt.

A 2 foot wide T5 fixture . You can get an 8 bulb 2 footer (192 watts) for 180 Canadian (in Canada) they are 26 inches wide with fixture. 2nd least or least grams per watt.

Or there is a vendor there that sells a cob fixture. I think they come on a cord. 1 cob to the cord but it has cooling fins and stuff. 2 or 3 of those would rock your space.

It is too small for a 315 CMH. A 3 x 3 i would recomend that with a phillips bulb all day long. If i find the name of the cob maker i will send it.

Blurples work too.If the cash is low and you can not afford the options get a good blurple. Mars work. They all work But cob and quantum make more bud

well heres my setup. The cfls are temporary. I figured what could it hurt. They are 46 watts worth of 5000k. I noticed the temp is okay but humidity atm is only 56. Also do you think i need a fan to blow some air? One other thing, i noticed when i zip it up theres some suction going on. Is that ok/normal?

I'd run one or the other sources of light for the time being. She's still a little baby. humidity seems fair. Air circulation is a top priority. Your filter and exhaust seems to be working well.

I realized how fortunate we are with lights a long time ago. It is like forcing everyone to play a Rickenbacker.

The bass is really nice though.

But for lights it is crazy in NA we have access to everything. I grew 88 grams with a mars 48 in a growbox,. 1 plant. First i ever nailed in a way and it gave me the courage to go bigger.

Anything is possible.

And good genetics makes it work. PERIOD. Dont screw up the nutes (too hot like) and you will have wicked weed with wicked seeds.

Hope it works out well for you.

:)

I am a 3 years in on a script kind of guy. I crush parameters. 4 plant limit makes me think how big can i do this kind of crush.

yea i would definitely do that but like i said, $250 on this tent plus over a hundred on soil and stuff. Yeah i feel like a kid who had McDonalds and is asking for Friendlies for dessert. Wife will be extremely unhappy lol. Cfl's and a little 3 bulb fixture should be pretty cheap. Just wondering if they make a 3 bulb fixture thats say 18 inches and has a plug already attached thats hangable from the tent pole.
I hear that buddy I just grabbed a new tent and a couple New hoods and I've been in the dog house for a couple days now haha,

you can make one growmau5 puck setup for 120 bucks total. hlg100h 41 bucks, qb puck is 50 bucks, rapid led pin heat sink is 20 dollars , and you can get 3 dollars worth of solid wire and wagos. easiest diy ever and its all you would need in that tent :)
oh damn my humidity is down to 42. I was reading about tiny humidifiers. Cool mist or warm mist?
mine comes out warm.
