Lol! Funnily enough I'm wearing the trainers right now and I love them. Nike free are just that, like socks with a rubber sole. Great mesh upper for the hot summer.
We are currently filling out the gym forms and heading there next. Even bought a padlock yesterday!

May do some before and after shots.... ;)

Yay, before and after shots! I always want to do that but most of the time i quit lifting and all i have is a bunch of before shots, followed by a bunch more before shots. Im back in the saddle now though and of course....no before shot lol.
