A Pew Research Poll conducted last year found that only 25% of tea party adherents believe climate change is real, against 61% of non-tea party Republicans (and 84% of Democrats)."

Ok, so it appears that despite the best efforts of climate change deniers we have arrived: 61% of Republicans who are not tea party types believe climate change is REAL!
The GOP seems ready to stop attacking windmills and to return to the planet we call Earth.

This section of riu could get really boring but before that happens why don't we have one more kick at the can. Oh, don't worry. I'm sure we can still argue whether we've reached a tipping point and whose fault that is. For now though, please ignore that juicy carrot and focus on the issue at hand.

Yahoo is my home page simply because I Use Yahoos email service. When I see an article that I feel will cause some drama here I copy and paste it. It seems to be working. Notice I don't offer much of my own opinions? There is a reason for that. I'm not here to try to prove myself. I am here for the fun and games. Some of you all take this shit way too serious. people here separate all the reusable containers and wash them out
and leave them outside for the recycle truck to collect every week
people who do not engage in this kind of activity are frowned upon

although recently the local council was caught collecting and dumping the recycled things along with the regular rubbish lol
