Is Stealth Hydro dual spectum bubbleponis the right system?

I am about to buy the SH dual spectrum bubbleponic system and I am extremely curious if anyone has purchased this exact system and if it worked good and would you recommend it or not? Building one myself aint happening so I am just asking does the system itself work? Are there better systems out there that perform better? Hopefully you guys can help I am shooting from the hip here on my own and ANY feedback would be deeply appreciated. THANKS GUYS!

I use the bubbleponics tanks under a 400W HPS. Check out Rosemans member profile. He writes Sh's newsletters. He uses them with Good Results. Just for the most part those dual specturm CFLs are for clones and vegging. To get results in flowering you need an HPS light.
