This is a Mephisto Alien Vs Triangle 7 days in a solo cup in Biobiz lite mix. I transplanted into a 3 gallon grow bag with FFOF and gave her 1/2 dose grow until she stopped stretching and then bloom. I also gave her calmag and bio marine.

The second pic is 10 weeks from sprout when I harvested her.

Starting at 3 weeks from seed, in one gallon of water....I do 5 ml calmag, 5 ml of bio marine and 5 mil of grow. (shake each bottle for 60 secs). For autos 5 ml is plenty. For photos I read the leaf tips and step it up to eventually 10 ml of each. I look at the leaf tips tips to "read" the plant. If they are white-ish after fertilizing I back off. I wait for the soil to get fairly dry also before watering (but not too dry) so that oxygen gets into the roots. This is the problem you have right now. that little tap root isn't seeing any oxygen, so it should be in a solo cup. Pierce holes around the bottom of the solo cup for drainage. Transplant at day 7 from sprout into a 3 or 5 gallon grow bag.

I let the plant dry out a little so the leaves actually droop a little because I find that the plant can be super responsive then. Picking up the grow bag will tell you if you need to water. If it feels light you'll know it's time. I feed a little each day to day and a 1/2 rather than drenching them twice a week. I have 5 plants in my current grow and I split one gallon between all of them every 24-36 hrs or so. They are 2 weeks into flower now so that might increase slightly.

When they are stretching I stay with grow formula so the leaves don't turn yellow. I measure them every day. When they stop stretching I start with bloom formula and equal parts calmag and bio marine. I base this off what the plant is telling me. Once you learn how to read your plants you'll be off to the races. For beginners I highly recommend Dinafem White Widow as it is very forgiving and is a great smoke. I stop the nutes entirely 2 week from finish. With autos I harvest when the trichs are milky and swollen. Amber trichs are degraded THC (CBN) and I find it makes me sluggish.

I use Gobox and I have good success with it. Some will disagree with me on some of this..and that's fine. This is what works for me..

While they are in the solo cup I sptritz them 3-4 times a day and I place the CFL about 6-8" away. Keeping it close avoids long spindly seedlings. You'll end up with better lateral branching and tighter spacing between nodes this way. When strech stops I do a little lolli-popping but I never defoliate.

U spritz directly at the plant or the soil around it ?

I spritz seedlings while they are under the CFL. I continue spritzing after transplant right as the lights are going off so I don't burn the leaves as that water gets hot. I stop spritzing when they do into flower.

Lots of opinions, but I suggest to everyone growing autos in BB Light Mix to start feeding your plants with 0.5ml of grow in a liter of water over 2/3 days. They can handle it & they explode. After 7 days I start feeding them 1ml in a litre for about a week & then they love it. Just my 2 cents

Read the whole thread, let’s see what the plant looks like now!!!

Has it picked up or did you chuck it and pop another?
Plant has definitely picked up it looks a lot healthier and I can see new growth. I want to keep it going even if I do get a small yield but I did pop a new seed and I picked up some FFOF and some starter mix I’m gonna start in a solo cup with the starter then transplant after 7 days to the FFOF and let it vibe for a few weeks until it needs nutes. That last photo is what the plant used to look like FA077559-03C0-4460-BE7C-2859D0FF4ABC.jpeg54A04D57-B589-4346-8358-C6DDDF864E4C.jpeg87C78030-A3E8-4C60-8E09-66094319FFB7.jpeg

It’s still quite small for its age but I’m just gonna let it grow. These pics are about 48 hours apart

I would start over with another seed. at 2 weeks like this I'd wager she is stunted. Autos really need everything to go fairly smoothly or they stunt. Drop the seed into a glass of water and wait til you see a tap root, which should be around 36 to 48 hours. Then put in a solo and cover it with cling film. When it breaks soil put her under a CFL and keep it humid. In a few days you'll be ahead of where you are now. Chalk it up to a learning experience..
