Is my seedling over watered?? HELP!!

Hey guys I have a 12 day old (12 days since it breached soil) seedling it’s an auto flower from seed stockers and I want to know if I over watered it also if the plant is supposed to be this small at this age. Starting with the overwatering I watered with ph’d distilled water for 11 days then yesterday I put a very light dose of nutrients in the water and watered the plant I’m growing in 70/30 coco pearlite mix with fabric pots using a 600w LED BLURPLE light on a 20/4 schedule. The plant looks very droopy and slightly yellow I did take these pics after the lights went off in my tent I am a brand new grower so I can’t really tell if they are over watered or if it’s something else or normal. Also the size of the plant concerns me is that a normal size for a plant of that age I feel like it should be bigger any help is greatly appreciated

plants probably starving get some microbes in there and the light might be too close, or not close enough .... idk

How big is that pot looks big if so it can slow the growth of the plant give it time to set up some roots as always thank you for your time and the best of luck

In coco, I use a light dose of cal-mag for the 1st week then a real light nute mix for another week or so. Like Bernie says, get some beneficials to the roots. You can mix some great white into your feed. They're also a little dry IMO.

Thanks for the reply. I have the lights 24 inches away maybe they’re too close? And I’ll try switching the light schedule today and see what happens in a couple days

Thanks for the reply. It’s a 3 gal fabric pot I only planted it in this pot because I heard if you transplant an auto it might stunt it’s growth and reduce yield in the long run

Thank you for the reply. I will continue to water with light nutes and get some great white. What is great white?

Also do you think the PH of my feed might be the issue I watered with nutes at 5.5 and planned on changing it up until it was 6.5

I'm staying out of this one. You're already being pulled in too many directions.

I'm a noob too, so my $.02 is barely worth that.
However, I'm a member of the overwatering club as well.

From what I see, the top of your soil is dry, but damp in the divot (finger hole?). There's enough moisture for a while in there.
And yeah, 12 days from breaching soil - that looks small IMHO. Mine are larger at 3 days.
600W burple --- is that REALLY 600w at the wall? or is the real outut lower (like my "1200" draws 265w at the wall)
If so, try pulling the light up a few inches for a day or two - see if it stretches for the light.

Thanks for the reply it’s not 600w at the wall I’m guessing output at the wall is like 100-150 and yea the soil is moist from a couple day ago when I watered I might have over did it I’m gonna let the plant just chill for a couple days and check up on it after that what light schedule do you use ?

Yea a lot of different Opinions and suggestions but like I said I’m new to this so I like to hear everyone’s suggestions and slowly trouble shoot my individual issue

18/6 from seed till flower, then 12/12. I'm very KISS - good soil, top fed nutes, light = weed

My last grow is in my sig. You're welcome to check it out - but I would recommend finding more experienced members and reading their journals.
I've avoided some mistakes, affirmed some practices, and will be changing others after reading journals of members who've been at this longer than I have.

Also I see your in socal as am I do you use the tap water and declorenate It or do you use something else
