Is Justified Murder Excusable?

Say someone many years ago beat my mother very badly for no reason other then them being an alcoholic.

Say that person disappeared.

Would that be justified?
Fuck it I dont know.

I tell you what isn't exusable though. Theorising about killing your mums ex online.

If he goes missing and your a suspect, your computer goes downtown and this becomes evidence.

Shit I'm outta here :)

it would be even shittier if it wasn't really his kid. and the kid was confused and went home to the wrong house. trippy shit if you think about it.

excuseable? no. but if someone beat my mother with a hammer i would torture them to death and set their corpse on fire along with the blood stained clothes i was wearing. if i got caught and arrested i would accept my fate, though. my mother is almost 70 years old. you fuck with her and you're over.

I will swim against the tide of this thread and counsel against vengeance. cn
Tis much easier to say than do, when you have no blood in your eye. Let someone brutalize someone you are very close to, then and only then will you answer that question truthfully. and imo, you are going to do what needs to be done, and walk the fuck away isn't it.

Even though I am thoroughly irreligious, i believe at a visceral level that vengeance is not my privilege. I admit the temptation would be there; I am after all a human animal, warts 'n' all. A solid revenge fantasy is very satisfying, and I have in the past indulged some detailed and quite arrestingly strange ones, but in the final analysis I probably would choose to be better than that bastard. cn

I grew up living with my mother,if somebody beat her? I wouldn't start as extreme as your thinking but, they would get "a crippling" warning....
