Is Justified Murder Excusable?

Say someone many years ago beat my mother very badly for no reason other then them being an alcoholic.

Say that person disappeared.

Would that be justified?

The US justice system is a joke. Street justice is true justice. When you know who did what, you can be judge and jury. Sleep well.

If somebody beat my mother with a HAMMER, or anything else for that matter, I seriously doubt that any moral code or law or voices of reason would be able to keep me away from him. I do not like discussions of violence, but in that case, I fear rage will be the only thing consuming my existence.

By all accounts, I am a VERY peaceful, happy, fun loving, talk to and help strangers kind of guy. There are some real worhtless pieces of shit in this world and it would be better off without them. One douchebag can negatively affect the lives of many. Good riddance. Job well done. You did society a favor, and saved it tens of thousands in tax dollars.

In the eyes of the law I'm sure they would say it was premeditated murder, if that is what you are asking.

There are many ways to legally make someone pay. Think creatively. Was the attack reported? Make him pay for her care.

Or are we talking about your ex?

someone kills a kid, the parent should decide what they want ot happen. even if they want to kill the murder, i say go for it and you should be given a free day at a spa or roller coaster park.

if its justified its not murder sooo yes

but taking action after the fact is muder taking action during the fact justified

I've known a few of these guy's in my career. But be careful the courts don't see it as justifiable, unless they do it!......How about murdering a child molester?
