You're going to trip at the plants true potential, as medicine. The truth is that if those hemp plants you pictured were cannabis sativa's or indicas.....the wind would blow them over and ruin the whole crop....the buds are quite heavy.

This will force the registering of ALL seeds by the average everyday person, no matter if they're only growing tomatoes and peppers in their yard or marijuana too. It will affect ALL plant seeds.

The first major US drug regulation , the Harrison Narcotics Act turns 100 this year. Right around the time of it's passage heroin could be bought off the shelf sitting next to aspirin. It's a lame excuse in how politicians today claim everyone would become dope addicts without drug laws in need of govt aide to support them when between 1910 and 1920 the US economy had an overall economic growth of 27%.
Up until 1968 , guns were sold without laws forcing the gun stores to require ID and record keeping. The 1968 Gun Control Act started this. Every decade that passes, more stringent laws get passed controlling many facets of individual life.
Getting back to the Plant Reproductive Material Law topic, for anyone that might say “well that could never happen here in the US” , with the amount of money and influence huge corporations like Monsanto have, sure it could and there would be plenty of armed goon squads willing to trample thru anyone's property and home to follow their orders, just like this case >

Multiple cases of Amish have been raided in recent years and if it's about some type of health concern from them selling organic milk and cheese,eggs, ect to the public, then why all of the sudden have these types of food product raids just started happening in the last 5 or 6 years ? Why is there no record or history of organic food type raids from the 1970's,80's,90's ? These types of SWAT style crash raids on organic growers have only been happening in just the last few years. These organic food growers and Amish have been selling to the public for some 40 years.
This is why something like the Plant Reproductive Material Law in Europe could happen in the US, maybe not in this decade but certainly within the next decade and there would be plenty of law enforcers just like that Arlington , Texas SWAT team that would enforce the law.

It's been sold now for quite a few decades, it's only been recently within the last few years that these heavily armed goon squads with badges have started cracking down on Raw milk, unpasteurized , natural, ect. What ever term you want to call it. Pressure is coming down from these multi-national corporations like Monsanto in influencing these law enforcement raids to crackdown on these small time farmers to drive them out. The food industry is being monopolized. As I said in my previous post, these type of raids were nonexistent back in the 70's, 80's, 90's and the same “Raw” milk sales that are happening now and in the last few years were happening THEN long ago. The only thing different about those years compared to now was there wasn't any hard agenda to crackdown on the small time farmers. GMO health concerns within the last few years and public outcry against it has driven more people into wanting to get away from the garbage pus filled milk at the grocery store.

Another thing I do not have is a “Statist” mentality where the view is “well since they have the badges and official titles and enforce the rules and since they wear the uniforms then they can decide what's best at any time they choose”. They can influence and orchestrate crackdown raids on small time farmers like the Amish and organic farmers because they have money and MAINLY the reason why it's happening now and you didn't hear about these raids happening 40,30, 20 years ago is because there is a mass move by the public to seek these small time farmers out and buy their “raw” milk and other natural products. Since more people are flocking away from the garbage frankenfood shit in the grocery stores which is becoming increasingly filled with filtered pus-milk and GMO shit, groups like MON-SATAN-O aren't standing by letting it happen. THIS is why these type of crackdowns are happening now and in recent years and why they didn't happen back in the 90's and before then.
The US is already over-regulated out the yin-yang, and over policed, over taxed , over spied, over incarcerated , over legislated , and one day I hope to live to see the shit hit the fan. A mass secession. If it has to be bloody to get it, so be it. If it can't be done peacefully , then a hybrid of a 1776 and 1861 style war will be worth it to turn things around. There needs to be a new currency anyway that's backed by something of real value and can be audited. The “private” Federal Reserve needs to be abolished. A lot of the tyranny in the US has a lot to do with the Federal Reserve and it's controllers.
