Got my card today. Below is a synopsis of my journey to help those who are still in waiting.
Early April - I got diagnosed for PTSD via telemedicine
April 17th - completed all my paperwork at Innovative Express Care
April 19th - 10 minute follow up visit with doctor via telemedicine (to establish a relationship)
April 23rd - receipt of application sent to IDPH
April 25th - cash withdrawn from account (I paid with my debit card)
CRICKETS! CRICKETS! CRICKETS!
July 13th - Emailed IDPH for status update. They said my card has been sent to printing and I should get it in the next 10-14 days.
July 16th - CARD IN HAND
The card said it was issued on July 2nd. Also, as I wrote earlier, I was worried I would run into an issue with my address as my current addy is different from the one on my LC. Both are in Illinois and it wasn't an issue. My card has my current address and not the one on my LC, in case anybody is wondering about that. I remember the guy at Innovative Express Care saying usually an issue only arises if one of the addy's is out-of-state.

I submitted online application and CC payment on April 24.
It was approved last week. I am told via telephone today the card was “in the mail from the east coast” and to expect it within 10-14 business days. This has been a long time coming, especially since MedClock predicted July 11 for me. However I read somewhere your driver’s license and medical card must have the same address when you go to the dispensary? Is this true? To avoid a further wait and delay, I am now concerned and wondering since I cannot recall the address I wrote when I submitted my application. I do not live at the address on my driver’s license and believe there was space on the application to type the address you want the card delivered to if differing. I have the kind of luck where I’d get to the dispensary and not be able to purchase because my driver’s license does not match my medical card...can someone please confirm if this is a problem and what I can do about it if so?

While I cannot confirm, they did ask for both at the dispensary I just went to. I actually called ahead to confirm that I was in their system and everything was correct. The lady on the phone said it was really smart to do that, so maybe you should call your dispensary when you get your card.

I bet you will get yours any day now. To give you hope, I emailed them on Friday and they told me it would take to 10-14 days. I got it 2 days later. Any day, my friend.

It was good. You don't get to smell anything. That was utterly disappointing. Nothing can be unsealed in the store. You need to make an appointment for your first visit. I called at 11:30 and got a 1:30 appointment. People were nice and knowledgeable. Cash only, ATM on site, $2 ATM fee. No freebees but you do get a first visit discount. I picked up some Sativa Gummies, Indica Gummies, Bio Jesus and Green Crack Flower. I also picked up a Surp Cherry Limeade 100mg bottle and a Durban Poison Vape cartridge. About $210 out the door. Not that bad. I will check out all of the other ones in the area as well.
Today is day 90 from when I visited mco, so depending on how long they sat on the paperwork, which if its the ten days I've read about is total bs, I'm getting closer!
Haven't called idph since around day 60 I think. Didn't sign up for informed delivery because that seems like even more torture! Those who have gotten your cards congrats! Now if you know anyone who might qualify help them apply, the number of card holders has sky rocketed this year and if it keeps growing prices drop and the suits see we mean business!

MCO sits on the paper work for 10 days? I ask because I also went through them and was having trouble getting an answer about if my app had been submitted to the state yet. I had a visit with them on July 5th.
Pretty sure it's 2 and a half ounces every two weeks I'm not sure on concentrate but am curious as well!
