Because private entities aren't the government and since we're in their domain, exercising their rights can include controlling our behavior, same as how you can make guests leave your home for whatever reason you want.

Which is interesting because things that are inherently contradictory, like the government cult, can't become "not contradictory" , simply because enough people vote a false thing "true" and / or if those people are simply ignorant of the contradiction.

It is more because of the sample of information you have left here pretty much everything has turned out to be bullshit.
They left out a pretty key element, which is that the people can vote whomever they want to be their leader, not just between two people chosen by one person.

I think the government is just a legal fiction, populated by people who sometimes claim rights other people don't have out of one side of their mouths, while also declaring, "but YOU, the people, are the government" or some other nonsense.
Anyhow, does it concern you at all that a vaccine maker has been granted immunity by government people ?
Well for starters, try quitting your job.
The government is a group of people we've chosen to do certain things for us because we like roads and emergency services and a rules system designed to deter people from doing things to us we don't like. If you're not into that, then the US isn't for you, nor was it ever.
