I love HTG. They have always done me right on anything I have needed. Does anyone know how long they have been doing work on their site or when it should be done. I need to gets an order in.

HTG and bad bulbs is like peanut butter and jelly.I just got this 600w MH from HTG Supply, and there is some gross shit inside of it that I'm worried will make the bulb die soon after using it.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I sent them an email about it, I'll post their reply. In the mean time, WTF IS THIS?

Well, my first order it was a week and like nothing came,,,called him, told him, he said it was delayed cause they were out of stock on the GroMax bulb so they delayed it,,,So he gave me a free, HPS light,HTG brand light and shipped it out that day. 2 weeks later after no fussing came the AgroMax, Cool with me. My most recent order came within 3 day's. I'm not pushing him but he did me well, and I never had a problem with the cheap 400watt ballasts he got. Also I'd prefer a sunmaster over agromax, but they do not have it in 400watt. I use another online supplier for other stuff cheaphydroponics and there straight up also IMO. just giving my experience and aint, selling nothing or kissing anyones ass.

Seasmoke did you compare brands your getting also? As most of HTG is unbranded or from unknown manufactures. maryland carries more name brand stuff so you have to make sure you compared name brand against name brand. Also did you call maryland and get thier full catalouge or just whats online right now? the site isnt always up to date and only has a few of thier things. Like from Maryland I have bought 600 watt digital ballast with cordsets and adapters for $119 delivered over night. I bough kool tubes for $64 delivered 2 day service. I have bought light movers for $55 delivered made by hydrofarm.. Remeber most businesses will negotiate prices if you can convince them why they should. Play the stores against each other.........

I didn't get the cheapest. I said I upgraded my bulb (to a more expensive one). And they sent me an even better one by mistake. So uh think about that for a minute, jackass.

The brand from, Maryland WAS of better quality, though they sent the wrong bulbs, and they screwed them in place, thus breaking one of the cooltubes. Brian went good for it, sent me a new one...even let me keep the broken one. The website showed one kind of bulb but it wasn't the right one so we switched. No I don't have a catalouge, but he didn't offer me one, nor did he send one in my order. Would have been nice though...
