Im not very good at baking... I just can make cookies and brownies. Pies are way way above my skill level. My grandma makes the best pie in the world though... yum peach pie. My favorite

I love baking. I bake so much I go grounded for putting up the energy bill with the oven...
A good pie takes me 2 hours to make from scratch. I like to caramelise apples in a pan and use rhubarb pulp or berries reduced down for a really sticky sweet filling. The water you drain off from cooking the fruit can also be used for jellies and stuff.
Never buy ready to roll pastry, it's CHEATING!
