How do you get 'amazing' quality cannabis?

How do you grow amazing weed? I don't mean 'good' weed or 'great' weed, but I mean.. how do you grow the most amazing potent weed.. in the world?

What factors play the biggest part? If I'm not worried about total yield and financial and time investments required.

Genetics, sure, so how do you get the best genetics? Just buy the best seeds from the best seedbanks?

What else.. like I said, I don't care at all about yield or whatever 'investments' required.. if I just want weed that will blow the minds of the most experienced smoker.. what should I do.. where do I start?

I'm no pro at all, however I'd say get started.. get experiences under your belt growing. Every time you grow good or bad is a learning experience leading to you as a grower to get better and better at reproducing the best possible growing conditions for your plants. making them happy and healthy. Don't be afraid to try new and what your might think as BS/Scary techniques . you will learn.

hmm, i think this a good question cause i ask this same one myself, as im sure so do like 60 million others....but i think its whats your flavor, fruity or spicy, couchlock or motivated?... i personally like to be motivated cause ill smoke and then all of a sudden wash my truck, motorcycle, dog and mow the lawn and still be high,lol... i can name off a strain i really really liked, its called blue venom from G13 labs, very fruity and uplifting, smells like cheesy flowers...Mmmm...i gotta grow that agin soon

it takes a lot to grow the best weed.. you need to learn to give the plants exactly what they want exactly when they want it, and to do this, you just need to start growing first.. perfect temps, humidity levels, and good light levels and the correct spectrums for the required growing period don't come easily for most growers..
most of us start off and do ok for the first round or two, learn from our mistakes, and try to correct them and improve the next grow.. make some more mistakes again, learn from them, etc.. it's a process, and the more you do it, and the more you're willing to accept that you're not perfect and learn to ask for help in where you made your mistakes and what you can do to improve them, then you'll get closer and closer to growing that perfect bud..

This is absolutely correct in maximizing the potential of any strain. The next limiting factor is genetics, assuming your environment is capable of supporting indoor plants.

time, time, and more time because you can give a novice grower the best of everything and without experiance they can wreck the grow. It take a long while to get to know the plants. I know guys who strain hop every grow and they get good results but to accomplish what you are wanting to do, do your reasearch on a strain and select it, then read everything you can about it and ask others for thoughts and opinions then grow it out. I have been growning SLH for just under 2 years now and I am finally getting it dialed in. Now dont get me wrong i have gotten "GOOD" herb off of her but now that I know how much she likes to eat, how hot she likes it, how her roots grow in the pot I am expecting to get that "AMAZING" herb you are looking for. :) Again it takes time my friend...

I'll tell you the secret man. It's a specific nutrient additive that professional expert growers use but it costs A LOT of money. Pm me if you want the info... :)

Experience and good genetics, not necessarily in that order.
A well read, well informed 'noob' can grow amazing weed.

If your asking for a quick fix or easy answer, there isn't one. The only way is experience and genetics.

Don't cheap out. Growing stuff seems cheaper than it used to be because there's so much competition. Get the big light (600-1000 HPS if you can)so you never have to upgade unless you want another one. Get the good seeds, 200$ for a pack of 10-18 seeds from a reliable bank like Mr Nice may seem too much when compared to the 100 beans you could get for that, but quality over quantity. I'm not saying you can't get some stuff cheap or you have to buy only expensive things, but especially those 2 factors I mentioned is not the place to cut corners.

If you've never grown anything (tomatoes, peas, herbs) and begin with marijuana, after awhile you'll start getting a green thumb. It's the best thing for a person to do, it enlivens the senses, and invigorates the soul, not just for growing fairly good weed but for all plants in general. You quickly begin to see what it takes to have a garden and of course something worthwhile to have around, getting a great high or helping a sick friend. You learn a lot. Before, I used to grow one or two plants a few times a year just for fun, never caring about ph or nutes or lumens, but after awhile it teaches you. Then you get better and look for different strains and techniques, passing them along on these forums.

As for highs, I tend to go for smooth tasty highs often growing one strain over another, along the way I learned to top and then which nutes to use and when. As for my other garden, I have the best red tomatoes on the block and the densest herbs and largest peas, longest beans and far too many squash. From one high to the next.

out side of the box thinking..

Starting with good genetics. You're task is to let it be everything it can be.. in other words.. it's not you that makes it grow you just need to make sure it has everything it needs to be what it already is.. You need to let it release it's potential. Everything else is yours to screw up.. lol So, to me it's not about how to grow it right but now not to grow it wrong.. lol
