Hi there folks. im currently looking to start my first outdoor grow this year using only organic matter. i have had many sleepless nights since i got hooked on the subject when i was just browsing on the net 1 day and i need some help on some good soil mix.

i have also orderd some greenhouse church seeds ( 5 fems) for about £19 and heard they are a very good outdoor strain to grow. i am thinking either 1 or two of them in 7 gallon pots.

i have seen subcools threads and i got to say he is the man and them pics are awesome on that super soil mix but it all is just confusing to me lol.

this is what i have in mind but need some advise if good or not please....

organic multi-purpose compost
perlite
fish,blood,bone mix
spagnham moss
seaweed plant food.

if i was to mix compost with perlit and spag moss, the compost would have all the food the plant needs up till 4-6 weeks. but if i was to add the nutes ie fish,blood,bone mix, would that take it up till havest and i can just water with the seaweed tea?

i can give you a little advice, new to organics myself, 1 grow under my belt with 2nd getting close
bone meal is organic's 'long release' nute, how long not so sure
i have good luck using bone meal tea as a nute, kind of funky odor but gives great results
i've used MG Organic bone meal, has a good amount of slow release nitrogen(6-9-0), likely that's helped with my results

hey growone, thanks for the reply. i have just been checking both ur grow logs. for your first time dude that was an amazing grow i must say. i have never seen stealth growing b4..some pretty nice bud. the second was like a no win situation but you got there in the end and we all learned a few things or 2. hope you sort out that clone.

That bone meal is good. i wanted to find out if the ingredients i got i could mix all up in the soil, so its more of a super soil. i can go bk once a month sort of thing to just water coz the place where i plan on growing is out away from my place and even tho its in an alright place i still need to keep a low key.

any suggesting are welcome.

yeah, the pc was a painful lesson, but the clone has been put back in my 1st setup and is flowering now
looks a lot like the 1st grow, just a bit smaller, grow is in my sig
i think bone meal should part of a super soil, but i haven't read that closely on super soil mixes
another slow release nute is green sand, a slow release form of potassium, it's very slow, but i haven't tried it yet, maybe next grow

it show you how to do it but its way to much soil. so i need to break it down it aint cheap.

yeah, i updated my grow log a few days ago, that grow link is in my signature
i'm a bit snake bitten on the pc grow method, i'm very wary of the small pots you need to use inside a pc
i think my organic soil didn't mix well with the small pot size
i'm considering a new stealth mod to my existing setup, shrinking my tube down to a 2 foot height and doing a LST in a 2 gallon pot
